BetterLesson Coach

Doneen is an instructional coach for BetterLesson who strives to assist and support others to improve the quality of teaching and learning within the community through indispensable learning opportunities that withstand the tests of time. Doneen believes that learning does not occur only at school and it should not end in the classroom. Doneen has gained experience as a school administrator, teacher, literacy coach, substitute, remediation teacher, tutor, mentor, and principal intern with administrative training through the prestigious North Carolina Principal Fellows program. Doneen holds a bachelor's degree in elementary education from Francis Marion University, a master's of education degree in instructional technology from Lesley University, and a master's of school administration degree from Fayetteville State University.
