Virtual Planning Session: Refining Your Back-to-School Approach for Distance Learning

Presented by BetterLesson

1:45 - 2:30 PM EST

Over the past few weeks, districts across the United States began the start of the 2020-2021 school year. While many had hoped to return in-person, surging cases of coronavirus forced many districts to start the school year learning at a distance.  Now educators are focused on improving attendance and engagement of students learning from home.

From our collective experience working with educators to make the shift to distance and flexible learning, we’ve identified professional development priorities to help leaders and teachers identify where to focus their efforts as they prepare for the fall. Join Solution Designers and colleagues from across the country to:

  1. Reflect on the challenges and opportunities surfaced from distance learning in the spring and fall.
  2. Unpack foundational pillars of a strong distance learning program.
  3. Identify lingering gaps in your school or district’s current approach and learn strategies to address them.
